HAWAFFLES!!! XD

Tue Jun 16, 2009, 2:47 PM
My last day of school was a little awhile ago, and now I'm finally free to work everything that I've been putting off when I was swamped with school work. I have a bazilllion of things I want to write, draw, paint, and create. And I also have a bunch of stuff that I'm going to be putting up on dA, so get ready for your devwatches to be clogged up with my stuff XD.

And now an explanation for the title...

H. A. W. A. F. F. L. E. S. is the better, longer, and more waffle-related version of

H. A. G. S. which means plainly "Have A Great Summer" while H. A. W. A. F. F. L. S. can mean anything from "Have A Wonderful Awesome Fun Fantastic Long Summer" to "Have A Waffle-filled Amazing Fabulous Favorable Leisurely Summer" Hawaffles was created by me and two other mildly random friends while we were signing year books. Ever since, I've been trying to get it to spread around.

HAWAFFLES EVERYONE! :D :D :D :D :D :D

AND BRINNER = WIN XD XD XD

  • Mood: Alienated
  • Listening to: No Sunlight by Death Cab for Cutie

Hawaffles sounds like a ninja tried to chop something but got distracted by waffles at the last minute.

And hooray for Princess Bride!

Exactly! TRhat's what makes it fun to say/sign in people's yearbooks!

Yups. Princess Bride is mighty awesome. So far I'm on page 150-something.

But you want to know something really disturbing? On the last day of school, (When I first got the book) I started runnikng around everywhere, asking people to read it, and telling them how awesome it was, and do you want to know what happened?

All of them said: "Sorry, but I don't read. Books are boing. The only book that I'm going to read is Twilight."

Ha--hey, waffles! -om nom nom-

Hehe.

yay. I've read it three times, it's awesome. That's around the cliffs of insanity, right?

-sigh- I know. it used to be like that here, too. The ones that read only read twilight, and the rest 'don't want to waste their time with something bring like reading'.

XD I'm gonna go draw a comic of that right now...

Yeps. Write after the man in black has beaten Inigo. I haven't been reading it for the last couple days because I've been absorbed in my zombie obsessions for Hellboy and Avatar that have come back from the dead.

Yeah. 'Cept, when I tell people to read something, I do about everything short of actual torturing (If you don't count my ramblings and blabberings about it XD XD XD) them to get them to read it. I told them that I'd shut up about it if one of them read it and then a few offered to XD XD XD

Do eeeeeet. You will be eternally my superior with comics.

Did you guess who the man in black is yet? I kind of figured who he was pretty much as soon as he starts scaling the cliffs.

Ah, zombified obsessions. I know of those. My LotR obsession has been zombified no less than five times. Avatar is three times.

Oh dear. The most I ever did here was tell anybody who listened (or had no choice but to listen) about why Twilight was so terrible.

I want to so bad, and I seriously am right now XD.

But I suck at comics because..

1. I put a million bazillion litlle details into everything that I draw, so much that it takes me forever to finish things.

2. My cartoon-type people suck and completely lack and unique or creative style to them.

3. I can't draw people doing stuff. It's really sad, but the most I can do is a person just stadning there or maybe sitting down.

And because of all of these things, is why I really want to start doing comics, even if they will suck. I seriously need the practice in all of those things. I like drawing with details, but I want to also be able to draw quick little sketches or drawings of characters and people, and plus, it seems like tons of fun.

Well, I've already seen the movie, XD. So I kind of never got a chance to guess. Infact, I never, ever, not once, gotten to experience that (by which I mean a plot twist or surprise in a book). This is because I've always had the awful habbit of reading ahead. I haven't read ahead that much in Princess Bride, and I'm really trying not to, but n most books, I've read the ending efore the first page. I really hate it, and have tried to stopped a lot of times, but I haven't been able to yet. Like, for example the first part of Gregor the Overlander that I read (I flipped throught it the first time I saw it to see if I wanted to read it) was when Henry betrayed everyone.

Some of my obsessions are constant, but aren't really as crazy and excitble as the rest of them. Like my obsession for Supernatural (which you would totally love) and some other things.

Hellboy is really awesome, though. Im sorry that I keep blabbering to you about everything XD, but it is really great. And it has a really inspirational message. I mean, someone who was created to destroy the world and bring about the apocalpse, not only resents and rejects their destiny, but they even go against it, and fight and struggle to save, and protect the world. Plus-- it's funneh ^^ And there's a whole secret history of the world, and awesome characters. And the comics are completely different from the movie. In the movie, the character's personalites are totally warped and different, and they left out a whole bunch of characters, and it doesn't follow the plot at all. DOn't get me wrong, the movies are awesome. But the comics pwn them sooooo much.

....

....

^^; Sorry I'm so :blahblah: XD XD

I've always been like that with obsesions XD. (REfering to what I said in the last messages about talking about PB to the kds at school) In 4th grade, all the kids in my class were afraid to talk to me, because they were scared that I'd start blabbering about a book or something. One time, I forced someone to let me read them the 4th chapter of the Titans Curse (Thalia Torches New England) and then they were all like "omg lol that is kinda funny, and good. maybe you're not so crazy after all..." and then completely forgot about it. Of course in 5th grade it was completely different.

I actually know several people at my school who hate twlight, which makes me glad. So maybe not ALL of them are mindless fangirls. Just most.

Our army of anti-twilighters is growing! Mwahahahahahahaa! :mwahaha:

Big paragraphs are big *_*

I'm even worse, becaused I can't even do everyday things. Like I can't draw somebody walking down the street in jeans and a T-shirt. I tried. I could show you how horrible the results were. I veer waaaaaaay too sharply to the mystic and magic and terrible beauty side of art. It's kind of pathetic.

But you, I've seen you do some really awesome comicy stuff, and I reeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaally wanna see that comic. So. Do it. Or I'll slap you with Richard.

Oh. -facepalm- right. I did that with Deathly Hallows. I skipped to the last chapter and got as far as the little picture over the chapter title before smacking the book shut. If you'll remember what the picture over the last chapter was...

Wow. It sounds like obsessions are an almost chemical substance...some can be stable, unstable, reactive, nonreactive...-adds to notes on obsessology-

In fourth grade, people were afraid to talk to me because they thought if they did, they'd die a horrible, painful death.

...

I wasn't a nice child.

In fifth grade they were afraid to talk to me because they thought they'd catch insanity from me. In sixth and seventh grade they were afraid to talk to me because I'd beat them up if they said something I didn't like. This year they were afraid to talk to me because I was completely silent all day, wore dark clothes, and when I did talk used words they didn't understand. Lonely life. But very fulfilling if your purpose in life is to make people terrified of you.

:o You lucky beyotch. all we have here is people who only read under pain of death, and those who declaim that Twilight is the best book ever despite never having read any others.

-glances over 8000+ member count of twilightsucks.com- Yeap, I'd say it is.

XD I like it! It reminds me of GIR flipping out over making waffles or something. Or someone in the middle of a sentence that's suddenly like, "and then I ha... hey, waffles!"
